CONDITIONS:

Disk Usage
- Account includes 10 MB of disk space.
- Additional disk space is $2/month for each additional 10MB increment.

TERMS:

1. I agree that World Wide Web Developer Services Inc. (WWWDS) may charge my credit card on a monthly or Annual basis for the services rendered.

2. I guarantee that if my credit card company refuses to honor payment of any charges rendered for said payment, I shall honor and accept the responsibility for payment of the said charges.

3. I understand that all fees are payable in advance and will be billed to my credit card between the 25th and 30th of the preceding month.

4. Service may be cancelled in writing or by FAX at any time. Notification in current month will result in the account being cancelled at the end of the next month. There will be no refunds for unused portions of service.

5. The WWWDS Server may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state regulations is prohibited. Any unauthorized attempt to access/and or modify information or normal system operations of WWWDS's server and any other server will result in the immediate interruption of service.

6. WWWDS makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for our services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Wide Web Developer Services for any damage claims resulting in the use of their services.

7. I have read, and agree with, the WWWDS Acceptable Use Policy.
